Your company needs a system.

Ordinato is an operations practice for growth-stage companies. I spent eight years running one — moving from product roles to COO through six acquisitions across five countries.

What I do

Structure that fits the company you are now.

01

Operating model

Fractional operations leadership for global organizations — post-acquisition integration, complex cross-department programs, and distributed international teams. Built for where your company actually is today.

02

Planning

Annual and quarterly planning offsites, plus the operating cadence that keeps the plan alive between quarters. Informed by EOS, not bound by it.

03

AI, used intelligently

Internal AI strategy for team productivity: where it genuinely helps, where it burns money, and how to roll it out across the company.

Background

Eight years of building the system from the inside.

Yossi Langer is an operations executive based in Los Angeles. Most recently he was COO of Talent Systems, a PE-backed software company with eight platforms and teams across the US, UK, India, Poland and Mexico.

As EOS integrator, he owned the operating model across regions and departments — and extended EOS with an in-house system once the global, multi-platform business grew too large.

Before that: product and design leadership at MTV Networks and American Express, and a UX consultancy whose clients included NBCUniversal, Intuit and Hearst.
